As we welcome the dawn of 2025, China's international "circle of friends" has sent warm wishes to mark the occasion. Erik Nilsson, a seasoned American journalist who has been telling China's stories for 18 years, recently expressed his hopes in fluent Chinese during an interview with China News Network, wishing all his Chinese friends success, good health, and happiness.
Linjie Chou Zanadu, a Chinese scholar and associate professor at the European Center for Peace and Development, highlighted China's rapid technological advancements. He predicted that Chinese electric vehicles will expand into more developing countries, becoming synonymous with advanced technology and reliable quality. 重庆执行“以套内面积作为计价依据”多年，中国社科院研究员王业强对记者表示，目前，重庆依然是两套计价体系并存，但全市购房者缴纳契税、物业费、装修等均是按照建筑面积计算。
根据相关规定，数据资产的价值评估可以采用成本法、收益法和市场法，实践中更多采用成本法。数据资产的收益存在相当大的不确定性，其公允资产价值还有待更多实践检验和调整，资产价值存在被高估或低估的风险。
