忆及卡特，美国弗吉尼亚大学名誉教授雷朴实(Bruce Reynolds)在接受中新网采访时表示，卡特为人正直、聪颖，他训练有素，且做事尽心尽力，是一个以事实和分析做判断的人。
雷朴实指出，卡特一生都在倡导和平，始终坚信应该做正确的事，他的勇气有助于推动中美两国建交。卡特坚信，这些举措是正义之举。(薛凌桥)
Jimmy Carter, who served as the 39th president of the United States from 1977 to 1981, died on Dec. 29, 2024, at the age of 100. Among Carter's many diplomatic achievements during his presidency, perhaps the most notable was promoting the establishment of diplomatic relations between the U.S. and China.
Recalling former U.S. president Jimmy Carter, Bruce Reynolds, a professor emeritus from the University of Virginia (UVA), told China News Network that Carter is a man of morality, intelligence. He is well-trained with committed attitude throughout his career. Besides, he is a man believed in facts and analysis.
Reynolds further pointed out that Carter is committed to making peace all his life and he is persisted in doing right things. He added that it is Carter’s courage that makes the establishment of the diplomatic relations between the U.S. and China possible, In the eyes of Carter making peace represents doing right things . 据冯波介绍，事实上，“按套内建筑面积计价”并不存在制度障碍。根据现行的《商品房销售管理办法》，商品房销售计价有三种方式：按套（单元）计价、按套内建筑面积计价和建筑面积计价。
中指研究院数据显示，近几年，北京五环外新房成交套数占全市总成交量八成左右，新政有望带动新房市场活跃度提升。此次限购政策调整适逢“五一”假期，从市场反馈来看，五环外多个新房项目售楼处到访量明显增多，典型楼盘整体到访量增加20%左右。
崔光灿也认为，住房按套内面积销售或按套销售，更有利于保障购房人的权益。他提出了另外两点原因，其一，由于公摊面积没有规范性标准，可大可小，且透明性不足，可能会损害购房人权益；其二，购房不仅要考虑交易成本，也需考虑使用成本。“后面的使用费用如暖气费等，如果按建筑面积分摊也不尽合理。”
